كَمّ — سياسة الخصوصية
تطبيق "كَمّ" هو تطبيق لتتبع الاشتراكات والفواتير والقروض، طوّره ويديره مطوّر مستقل ("نحن"). توضّح هذه السياسة ما يجمعه التطبيق من بيانات، ولماذا، وكيف يمكنك التحكم بها.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها
- البريد الإلكتروني: عند إنشاء حساب (بريد/كلمة مرور، أو تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple) — لغرض المصادقة واستعادة الحساب.
- معرّف المستخدم: يُستخدم لربط حسابك ببياناتك وحالة اشتراكك.
- الدخل الشهري، العملة، اللغة، وتفضيل المظهر: لمشتركي Kamm Pro فقط، لمزامنة الإعدادات بين أجهزتك.
- بيانات الاشتراكات/الفواتير/القروض (الأسماء، المبالغ، العملات، تواريخ الاستحقاق، إعدادات التذكير): لمشتركي Kamm Pro فقط، لأغراض المزامنة والنسخ الاحتياطي السحابي.
- نسخ احتياطية سحابية: عند إنشائها من قِبل مشتركي Kamm Pro، بحد أقصى ١٠ نسخ حديثة لكل حساب.
إذا لم تكن مشتركاً في Kamm Pro، تبقى جميع بياناتك المالية على جهازك فقط ولا تُرسل إلى خوادمنا إطلاقاً.
٢. بيانات لا نجمعها
- لا نستخدم أي أدوات إعلانات أو تحليلات، ولا نتتبعك عبر تطبيقات أو مواقع أخرى.
- لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي، جهات اتصالك، صورك، أو سجل تصفحك.
- بصمة الوجه/الإصبع (قفل التطبيق) تُدار بالكامل عبر نظام تشغيل جهازك — نحن لا نرى ولا نخزّن أي بيانات بيومترية.
- لا نرى ولا نخزّن بيانات بطاقتك البنكية أبداً؛ عمليات الشراء تُعالَج عبر Apple أو Google وعبر RevenueCat.
٣. خدمات طرف ثالث نستخدمها
- Supabase — يستضيف قاعدة البيانات والمصادقة لحسابات Kamm Pro.
- RevenueCat — يدير عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق وحالة اشتراك Kamm Pro.
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Google / Apple — لغرض المصادقة فقط، وباختيارك.
- واجهة أسعار الصرف (Frankfurter / البنك المركزي الأوروبي) — لتوفير أسعار تحويل العملات؛ لا تُرسل أي بيانات شخصية لهذه الخدمة.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراضهم التسويقية.
٤. خياراتك
- يمكنك تعديل أو حذف أي خدمة/فاتورة/قرض في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق.
- يمكنك حذف نسخ احتياطية فردية، أو حذف حسابك بالكامل (يزيل ملفك الشخصي وبياناتك المتزامنة ونسخك الاحتياطية نهائياً من خوادمنا) من الإعدادات ← حذف الحساب.
- حذف التطبيق يزيل جميع البيانات المخزّنة محلياً على جهازك.
٥. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
تُحفظ بياناتك السحابية طالما حسابك نشط. عند حذف حسابك، تُزال البيانات المرتبطة به نهائياً من خوادمنا خلال فترة زمنية معقولة.
٦. خصوصية الأطفال
تطبيق كَمّ غير موجّه للأطفال دون سن ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
٧. تعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. أي تغييرات جوهرية ستنعكس بتحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلاه.

Kamm — Privacy Policy
Kamm ("the App") is a subscription, bill, and loan tracker developed and operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects, why, and how you can control it.
1. Information we collect

If you are not a Kamm Pro subscriber, all of your financial entries stay only on your device (local storage) and are never sent to our servers.
2. Information we do not collect
- We do not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
- We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history.
- Face ID / Touch ID (App Lock) is handled entirely by your device's operating system — we never see or store any biometric data.
- We never see or store your payment card details. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and by RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider.
3. Third-party services we use
- Supabase — hosts the database and authentication for Kamm Pro accounts.
- RevenueCat — manages and validates in-app purchases and your Kamm Pro entitlement.
- Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple — used only to authenticate you, at your choice.
- Frankfurter / European Central Bank exchange rate API — provides currency conversion rates; no personal data is sent to this service.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Your controls
- You can edit or delete any subscription, bill, or loan entry at any time from within the App.
- You can delete individual cloud backups, or your entire account (which permanently removes your profile, synced data, and backups from our servers) from Settings → Delete Account.
- Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data from your device.
5. Data retention
Cloud data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, associated data is permanently removed from our servers within a reasonable period.
6. Children's privacy
Kamm is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
